无塑胶袋日

2009 年的世界环境日已经过了20天。。。
今天是25号，
JUSCO 逢25日不提供塑胶袋，
(其实还是有的，嘿)

昨天收到朋友转寄的电邮，
槟城从2009年7月1日起，逢星期一是‘无塑胶袋日’ 。
如果在百货公司或购物广场买东西需要用到，
每个塑胶袋会被征收20仙,
所以，要记得带环保袋。
(那些钱，据说会拿来资助贫苦的州民，为何不是用在环保上呢?)

第一次接触这概念是多年前到韩国旅行的时候，
觉得很不错。
或许有人嫌麻烦，
有人觉得少了免费垃圾袋。。

不知其他州属几时才会硬性规定?
然而，在硬性规定前，
我们还是可以尽自己一份力，
自动自发减少使用塑胶袋。

有些东西不需要硬性规定，好比奉养父母，呵呵。

减少垃圾，地方政府就不用多付钱给固体废料处理公司。

昨天，我在巴士上再次听到这首歌，
不好意思，我第一次看到它的MV,
